Based on our independent review of reserve account statements, custodian confirmations, and token issuance records as of July 31, 2026, we confirm that the aggregate value of reserve assets held by or on behalf of MoriCash equals or exceeds the aggregate value of MORI tokens outstanding. MoriCash operates under applicable regulatory requirements including BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) licensing, SEC (Philippines) registration, AMLC compliance, and BVI FSC oversight. Reserve management adheres to MoriCash's published Reserve Policy, which mandates full backing, segregation of reserve assets, and monthly independent attestation.
All reserve assets are denominated in or pegged to the US Dollar. No reserve assets are held in volatile digital assets, equities, or instruments with credit risk above investment grade.
