Which countries are eligible to participate?
The MoriCash token sale is open to investors from most jurisdictions. US persons and residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries are excluded. Full eligibility details are in the Terms of Token Sale.
What is the vesting schedule?
Vesting varies by round. Seed investors have a 6-month cliff followed by 18-month linear vesting. Private sale investors have a 3-month cliff and 12-month vest. Public sale tokens vest linearly over 6 months with no cliff.
How are tokens distributed?
Tokens are distributed to your registered ERC-20 compatible wallet address according to the vesting schedule. You will need a wallet that supports ERC-20 tokens such as MetaMask or Ledger.
Is KYC mandatory?
Yes. All participants must complete KYC/AML verification before contributing. This is required for regulatory compliance and to protect the integrity of the token sale.
What happens if the soft cap is not reached?
If the soft cap of $10,000,000 is not reached by the end of the public sale, all contributions will be refunded in full to the original sending wallet addresses.
