How We Manage Reserves
Segregation
Reserve assets are held in accounts legally segregated from MoriCash's operational funds. In no event may operational expenses be paid from reserve accounts.
Liquidity
At least 85% of reserves are maintained in assets redeemable within 1 business day, ensuring MORI holders can redeem at par at any time.
Safety
Reserves are invested only in the highest-quality, lowest-risk instruments — US Treasuries, government money market funds, and insured bank deposits.
Transparency
Monthly attestation reports are published publicly. We will never obscure, delay, or misrepresent the composition or value of our reserves.
